  • Discounts/Promotions/Sale

Please note the banner for special SALE savings or promo codes that may be used online. Promotions do not apply to previous or future purchases. Promotions do not apply to items already on sale. Promotions are only valid on in-stock items at time of sale. 1 offer per promotion. All other in-store sales and promotions are not applicable to online purchases. Jewelry, Intimates, Sale merchandise & Style Steals are FINAL sale. Management has the right to exclude items from promotions & rewards. (For example, Super Love Tees) 

  • Sizing:

Elizabeth Boutique prides itself on hand selecting some of the top premium brands of denim, clothing, shoes and accessories.  For more information or questions regarding sizing, please call us or check here.  Please note that colors may differ according to screen variations.

  • Shipping

We are happy to offer FREE ground shipping on orders OVER $100 for all online purchases.  For any additional questions please check here

  • Online Returns

EB is glad to accept online returns of new, unworn merchandise with all tags attached within 14 days of receipt of purchase for exchange or a full refund. Returns are the responsibility of the customer and must be pre­-authorized by email or phone prior to sending merchandise back. Once pre-­authorized, customer will then receive a USPS return slip. Items must be returned in appropriate packaging (original if possible). Online orders returned within 14 days that included a free gift with purchase will get the full dollar amount of FREE GIFT deducted from the return total, unless customer returns the FREE GIFT. All sale items, 1/2 OFF Style Steals, jewelry, and intimates are final sale; no returns, exchanges or online credit will be given. All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the receipt date.

Customers who choose in-store local pick-up will be refunded with store credit only, but in-store return/exchange applies. Orders must be picked up within 7 days of order. With any additional questions before ordering please call or check here. Find out our in-store policy here.

  • Local Pick-up

Customer can request local in-store pick-up.  Items must be picked up within 7 days of the date the order was placed. All local pick-ups that are returned will be given store credit only. Full refunds are given to "shipped" online orders only. 

  • Gift Wrapping

Complimentary gift wrapping included for all gifts that are shipped, if requested.

  • Gift Cards

Customers can purchase gift cards online and will receive complimentary shipping. Please note, gift certificates can currently only be applied in-store (not during an online checkout). If you wish to use your gift certificate on an online purchase, please call the store (845-471-9632) and we will apply it over the phone.
