Retail Experience Lead + Stylist 

JOB DESCRIPTION

Elizabeth Boutique is a local service-first women’s clothing, accessories and lifestyle boutique focused on the 40 plus woman located in the Hudson Valley. 

This position requires an individual who is a people person, loves fashion + styling + has an eye for detail. This role focuses on the customer experience, making sure the store always represents the brand + managing the day to day floor operations

JOB OVERVIEW

The Selling Floor Lead will be responsible for prioritizing the customer experience, representing the EB brand, being a role model to other sales stylists and building relationships with customers.

Works closely with the owner and sales assistants to ensure efficient floor operations. Overall, this position is responsible for ensuring all duties are completed, done by delegating responsibilities and contributing as part of the team.
