Promotional Codes/Sale do not apply to any previous purchases with no price adjustments made. Promotional Codes/Sales are only valid on in-stock items only. Promotions + Sales cannot be combined with any other offer including rewards. 

SPECIAL ORDERS

Full payment is due at time of order + in-store promotions cannot be applied, but rewards can. Special orders follow our return policy except colors + styles from brands that we do not carry in-store are FINAL SALE.  

EXCHANGES + RETURNS

EB is glad to accept returns of new, unworn merchandise with all tags attached + sales receipt within 14 days of purchase for store credit. Jewelry, intimates, hair accessories + all sale items over 20% off are FINAL SALE with no returns offered (excludes 25% off  Fall + Spring Refresh Promotion).

All returns will be refunded to an EB gift card that does not expire. 

All holiday gifts purchased starting November 1st can be exchanged with a gift receipt up until January 15th. After January 15th returns will not be accepted. 

RECEIVED WRONG ITEM

If so, we’re sorry for the inconvenience! Please notify us by email info@elizabethboutique or text 845-309-8884 to let us know. We will send you a return label and if the correct item is in stock, we will ship it to you once the incorrect item is received by us. If the item is no longer available, we will credit your original form of payment or do an exchange for an item you do want!

At this time, we only offer shipping for orders within the United States.

We are happy to gift wrap any in-store or local pick up purchase. If you place an order online for local pick up and would like it gift wrapped, please text us (845)309-8884, email us info@elizabethboutique.com or add a note on the order with items you would like gift wrapped.

Our loyalty program earns you a point for every $1 spent in-store + online! You can redeem your earned rewards in-store + online in $5, $10, $20 + $30 increments! Create an account on our website with the same email you use in-store to manage your rewards! Rewards will expire in 6 months from the earn date + it can be applied to anything (no minimums required)!

SHIPPING

We ship USPS or UPS for $7.95. All orders will be shipped within 24-36 hours. Packages may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances with USPS + UPS. Tracking updates will be sent via email or text.

If you need expedited delivery please call the store 845-471-9632 before you place your order as shipping rates will vary depending upon order and delivery postal code.

If the recipient refuses delivery, all charges related to the return will be the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the customer's refund.

If the customer enters their address incorrectly and the package gets returned the customer will be responsible for the extra shipping cost.

We only ship within the US at this time.
