IN-STORE + ONLINE RETURN POLICY
EB is glad to accept returns of new, unworn merchandise with all tags attached + sales receipt within 14 days of purchase for store credit. Jewelry, intimates, hair accessories + all sale items over 20% off are FINAL SALE with no returns offered (excludes 25% off Fall + Spring Refresh Promotion).
All in-store + online sales + promotions do not apply to previous purchases + only on in stock items with no price adjustments given. Please check our social media + emails for upcoming sales + promotions. We give all customers a minimum of 24 hours or more notice for all sales.
All returns will be refunded to an EB gift card that does not expire.
All holiday gifts purchased starting November 1st can be exchanged with a gift receipt up until January 15th. After January 15th returns will not be accepted.
STEPS FOR ONLINE RETURNS:
All returns will be pre-authorized. Email info@elizabethboutique.com with the order #, items you are returning + the reason for the return. All online orders will be refunded to a gift card only. Items must be returned in appropriate packaging (original if possible). We will issue you a return shipping label for $4.95 that must be printed within 24 hours or it will be automatically voided. All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the receipt date.
Returns will be processed within 3 days after we receive the returned merchandise. You will be notified via email or text once your gift card has been issued.
We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not meet our return policy.
